To find out what people really want out of your upcoming experiences, we start off every strategy process with an Audience Insight Inquiry, a focus group facilitated by our team including representation from a variety of your audience sectors. We’ll use the rich intel gathered from this discussion to shape your upcoming experiences and launch your reimagined engagement strategy, immersing your audience and compelling them to turn their takeaways into lasting impact.

What has it been?

We want to know everything about your organization! What mission and values does your organization embody? What drives the members of your team? We dive in deep with your team during a comprehensive Strategy Meeting to review and understand your organization’s brand details, vision and goals. These valuable insights help us understand what has been done in the past. What key elements are associated with your brand and can be reimagined and refreshed going forward?

REIMAGINE

What are the possibilities?

Now for the exciting part—reimagining what will work for you! Our team comes together in a creative process to outline customized ways we can captivate your audience, celebrate every aspect of your experiences, and cultivate your guests well beyond the close of an event. We’ll present your team with theme suggestions, options for visual and graphic concepts, communication recommendations, stewardship strategies and more. We’ll work with you to land on a plan we all feel will bring the most impact and satisfy your guests.

PRODUCE

How do we design it?

We are storytellers. Once we have the vision of our strategic plan, we start to build emotionally-driven stories that will bring the program to life! Each element of an experience or communication strategy can have immense impact your audience. We help with content creation, storyboarding, video capture and editing, visual graphic design, scriptwriting, staging and more! We also work closely with your speakers, whether live or recorded, to help their comfort level and success. We ensure your organization’s mission is shining through every aspect of your experience.

NURTURE

What’s next?

Phew! The experience is over and it’s time for a vacation, right?? We don’t think so! We believe in asking your audiences’ opinions while your experience is fresh in their minds. That’s why we facilitate an Audience Feedback Inquiry with key attendees to gather their observations and reactions. Using their feedback and your team’s impressions, we deliver recommendations and next steps to deepen your organization’s long-term relationships with attendees and supporters. And then it’s time for you to take that vacation! We hope you come back recharged and ready to dive into the next stage of our strategy.
